Ai Tomochika has kindly donated three original, one of a kind, acrylic on canvas paintings to the Namdroling School Dispensary Trust.

The paintings originate from the dreams of the artist, and are from her European period. These very colourful and unique paintings are highly collectable as the artist does not envisage creating new paintings in this style. The artist, now residing in Japan, is now producing 3D artworks for future exhibitions.

Ai Tomochika, artist, born in Japan, graduated in 2005 with a BA Honours degree in Fine Art & Sculpture from Brighton University, England. Ai also studied Graphic Design at the Musashino Art University in Tokyo.

Ai Tomochika’s works have been exhibited in high profile galleries in London, Brighton, Tokyo, Paris and Barcelona.

Book Covers
The sale of the book covers, made of raw silk and brocade, gives further financial support to the pupils and the lamas and their projects in Tibet and Nepal. The book covers are handmade articles manufactured by the Tibetan Women's Association and selling their craftwork brings profit to the local refugee community.
Every book cover is beautifully produced and is great value for money, and importantly, your purchases help us to continue with the activities of our NSDT project.
Due to fluctuation in production, we cannot guarantee what colours will be available at any given time and so we hope you will enjoy whatever colour book cover you receive, if the colour of your choice is unavailable.
